Biden 'ended' Afghanistan. The rest are still going on to some degree, plus all the covert bullshit. As commander in chief, Trump was in charge of all ongoing military operations. Plus, he attacked Syria for exactly no reason. He assasinsted an Iranian general for exactly no reason. He sent arms to the Saudis for their Yemeni genocide. He sent military aid to Ukraine.
