1/ Today, we filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board over @npub1qmg…s6k5 management’s unilateral implementation of an AI policy without first bargaining with our union. Of note, the policy provides no job protections to our members.

1/ At bargaining yesterday, @npub1qmg…s6k5 management said that they should have 100% discretion to replace workers with AI and would not commit to labeling future AI-generated content.
