There are some servers that are pay for access, and others that have microtransactions for on-server benefits. One of the more famous examples of the latter is Hypixel, the team behind which went on to create the game Hytale.

Exactly. But, the alternative to nuclear energy is fossil fuels. We've seen the consequences of this play out with how much CO2 and other pollutants have been released into the air we breathe.

Nuclear waste isn't exactly stored as barrels and barrels of glowing green sludge, just waiting to seep into the environment. "Spent" fuel is still dangerous to life, but when encased in concrete, it's not going anywhere - and the quantities we're talking about is *miniscule* even considering how long the reactors run. Time, Distance, Shielding.

It's been my experience that the far simpler solution comes months after an overcomplicated solution has gone live, and now there's no budget to rework it.
