I don't know specifics but in general terms from the notes "insufficient checks on quote authorization and an open redirect in a legacy path handler" plus some dependencies had some critical releases but they were held back because they didn't specifically impact anything in the code. (Ruby's JSON gem in particular.)
They usually 404 for the first couple days to give time to upgrade before they publish the specifics.
