It always ends with us disagreeing and they just couldnt possibly understand why I love what I do even though it looks hard from the outside looking in.

The first group continuously contributes to the growth of the creation and moves into the second room.
The second group initially leaves but returns later, once the first group has developed the creation enough to provide a clear path, allowing them to feel comfortable joining in to help grow the idea further.
A creation should ideally begin as a simple idea, allowing it room to grow through various interpretations and interactions.

All of this to say its still early but everyone should temper expectations, Nostr will require a ton of financial investment injected into its ecosystem to grow.
I suspect DIDs will be the next "big thing" to come out of Nostr that could help in that respect.

Quite compelling lens to consider is focusing solely on the users of Nostr as the most valuable component of the "Nostr stack."

The lack of competative moats on Nostr is a double edge sword. For the builders to make a progitable sats flow buisness will require the type of the out of the box thinking most of them do not have.
My worry is that the data analytics that "could be" harvested might be the only product that might make money.

These are my observations running a hackerspace in bitcoin.
I see two main issues: Nostr is a niche within a niche and Bitcoiners do not like to pay for things.
So you have to be creative and charge significant amount more for services rendered.
The last thing is most Bitcoin companies and Nostr projects need help just punching through the noise.
At PlebLab everyone to my knowlege is + on arr vs opex minus a few companies. I suspect it has more to do with general support pleblab provides them.
