Bus driver let a car turn left without checking the bike lane. According to the paramedics because I am not sure what happened.

I just had my first farm share meal and it was great! Octoberfest sausage bought at the farmer's market a few weeks ago, mashed potatoes (grocery store) with roasted carrot and beets with dill (hydroponic in my basement). Simple but satisfying after an hour of classic skiing. I tend to forget that beets exist for some reason.

I don't see debt and climate as being separate issues. Energy use is a cost so reducing energy use makes society more efficient. The costs of climate disasters in the future are going to be higher than the costs of changing the way we do things. You can do climate friendly investments that will get good returns. The carbon tax is a good way to help those changes get better returns.

It's such a weird neighbourhood. It really should be more walkable and bikeable than it is considered socio-demographics. I work across from the Loblaws and hate walking there since it seems like everyone forgot that walking was a thing that people do.

Bike lanes on Montréal Road had a generous 20 cm of cleared width in some places and snowbanks at the intersections. It makes the usual slalom around obstacles on the winding path even more interesting. Vanier needs some love.

I am medium on DA Veilguard. I think TTRPGs are ruining video games. I just want a DM do adjudicate what can and can't be done instead of being limited by programming and railroaded. Unfortunately, I am a forever DM so TTRPGs are a lot of work.

My clover and bedstraw is starting to dominate the other species by surface area. I have a good drought resistant ecosystem going. I love it when less work is environmentally friendly.
