According to Patriotic Millionaires UK:
A 2% wealth tax on just the UK tax residents on the Sunday Times Rich List could have raised over £160 billion for the UK over the past 32 years.

Labour about to out-Tory Tories in regard to Special Needs provision for children. Rather than provide funding and proper support for SEND children, Labour are planning to simply remove the ability of parents to appeal local authorities' refusals to provide SEND support (98% get overturned by appeal). Locally, a failed project to replace proper diagnosis and specialist support with just vague, non-professional "support" by mainstream schools is already in place.

Reading yet another article about a coming war, I’m starting to wonder whether putting countries on a “war footing” is just another attempt by big business, banks and politicians to boost economies across the world. Danger is that the sabre-rattling could (again) go wrong and we’re (again) plunged into bloodshed.

We did a one-day family challenge to paint an Ork with a Halloween style today. There’s a point where the miniature looks good and you just have to keep painting…!
