The main access to the Wine Tower is through the top of the three floors. The middle floor is only accessible through a trap door in the ceiling of the top floor and there is a ground floor which does not connect to the other two. All the floors have stone vaulted ceilings.

Mormonism is so damn weird. And the more you dig the weirder it gets. I especially love Joseph Smith "translating" ancient Egyptian scrolls and coming up with great revelations...except we can now read hieroglyphics and so know what they're actually about. I remember visiting a place called Kolob Canyons (part of Zion National Park) and wondering how it got its name and looking it up.
So fucking weird.

America needs to be made the dispensable nation and quick. Countries should not be making national security plans around us or plans of almost any other type. We've been a fickle ally at best for anything like long term strategic partnerships and Trump is so mercurial and unpredictable that he can't be trusted to keep his own agreements. We're a rabid dog foaming at the mouth and who wants to go near one of those? We're cash and carry from here on out.

I only use the Trackpoint on my Thinkpad. I am not a trackpad user, at all. I disabled the trackpad in the bios.
If this is the future, I'm not in. Maybe I buy a X13 gen 5 and drive that until it drops, but if this is the design ethos of future Thinkpads, I'm out.

France also has problems with chemical gas grenades and shells too, not just explosives. Apparently in the 1960's there were trees so heavily contaminated with chemical residues you could get sick from touching them.

France is still clearing out bombs from WWI. According to Wikipedia they still collect about 900 tons of explosives a year and some 630 people from their EOD department have died since WW2 in the effort. My mom was an exchange student in the 1970's and she remembers hearing about farmers who would be out plowing a field and just get blown up when they hit something. This was a frequent occurrence. Apparently in 1991 thirty six farmers died this way.

Could be a bird, believe it or not. Around here, I occasionally see Belted Kingfishers darting into such burrows. I guess they slope uphill inside so the water can't get in. Bunch of different birds nest in such burrows.
Could also be some sort of rodent, though.

I used to recommend Fastmail.fm, but have a harder time doing so since the passage of the access and assistance bill.
Not sure who I'll go with, but I'm definitely in the market as of now. Probably go with a host somewhere in the EU. Been a while since I ran my own mailservers, but considering going that route even though it is a royal pain to keep on top of all the various issues with self hosting.

I don't know how anyone buys this brand ever again given the poor state of affairs documented in 50+ citations against the facility. After a certain point of not bringing things up to spec and keeping them there, we need a health inspection system that actually shuts facilities down cold for unsafe operation.
