I am curious about the avoidance of cloudflare, especially from your perspective. Is it for a technical reason or something else?

Hi Stux! Wondering if Cloudflare may fit into your stack? There’s a tool that supposedly identifies and automatically reports CSAM! https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/reference/csam-scanning/

stux, I thought I could effectively use my mastodon account and instance as a source of federation / as credentials to also use Pixelfed, but it seems I have to have my own presence on another instance or spin up another instance for Pixelfed? I’m still a bit new to this, is this true?
