'30 Jul 2024 — Only around 60% of eligible voters went to the polls in the UK's 2024 general election. This is down from 67% in 2019

Many of those that could not be bothered to vote in the UK will be Women.
The same goes for the USA.

Pam, Corbyn was the Leader of the Labour Party.
Twice his so called Followers did not bother to vote for him
I like Corbyn I have since he sat on the Backbenches with Robin Cook.
But the fact remains Labour did not get elected (for whatever reason) when Corbyn was Leader.

The Winter Payments was always supposed to be to those eligible, not to every pensioner in the UK.
Surely you would draw a line somewhere, or do the super-rich UK pensioners get it as well?
