Staten, regionerna, och kommunerna borde använda program med öppen källkod (ex.vis LibreOffice istället för Microsoft Office), och samordnat betala för utvecklare som tar fram sådant som journalsystem som sedan också ska vara öppen källkod.
Tror man måste lägga ner SKR först dock, annars hamnar allt i jättekontrakt igen.

Just looked it up: Stockholm to Malmö is within a few km of being the same distance by car as is Los Angeles to San Francisco.
Combined population is, depending on definitions, 5+ times larger for the Californian cities.
Stockholm to Malmö has about 17 trains per day, faster ones take 4½ hours. And that's without actual hsr.

Dricker själv oftast utan mjölk (kan ha i när det är enkelt svart te), men jo det är så jag tänkte. Vilket är lätt gjort när man brygger i tekanna, men om man tar hett vatten i mugg och har tepåse i, då skulle man behöva gå tillbaka 5 min senare för att ha på sin skvätt mjöl. Inte praktiskt.

Up over here, masking was only required even on the subway for like a month or two. (And wow, it was spacious even in rush hour)
So masking never really was big here, except in healthcare.
I never got into the habit, really.
And I don't question at all if someone is wearing a mask. It shows concern for your fellow human beings. It still, and always will, show a care for not just your own health but very much so for that of others.

* rent to the NHS, army, etc, at cost. No money made and cheaper for the taxpayers.

När jag upptäckte att glömt åkkortet hemma när vi redan var på busshållplatsen var det stresspåslag. Klockan var redan 07:50, typ. få med 7åring som blev trött i benen halvvägs av 300 meter rusning fram & tillbaka, inte kul. Sen full buss.
lämna liiite efter samling start.
Men efter det: smidigt utan väntetider på buss & tbana.
kass start, smidigt och i tid på slutet.
Känns lite som man kunde göra barnbok på det.
