learn a man to fish indeed, but the fisherman needs a fishing rod too that's ubi, giving the fisherman all he needs to fish in profit. it's a mute point though because at this stage people can't agree on a decent democratic economy and a ubi integration.

I think the idea of a ubi is a bit more communism than capitalism but I truly think if we have the right automation tax and a good gst we can afford it, and the benefits will be very positive in things like mental health. the thing is though the general idea of money needs to change slightly in favour of more consumption of things like leasiure activities with the extra disposable money. but getting rid of homelessness and poverty are a huge plus to ubi which basically can't be eradicated unless there is some kind of ubi. it probably makes sense when the btc is more adopted and to give people that currency which has very low inflation built into it. and a general move to leasiure spending with surplus money.

I think that's debated, what about based on Bitcoin? we need to completely change the way we do things to make a ubi work. Like I said the ubi is for housing, food and transport once they are paid for a job money can be used for more luxury things, which are taxed appropriately can be a good way for people to not have to struggle for the essentials.

ubi is basically a way to guarantee the essential housing, food, transport then let the open market breed good jobs but with less "requirement to survive" so people can work for holidays to explore the world. ✌️🌏

My ASL, I'm 32, male and am living in Australia. I have been interested in decentralized projects since I found #bitcoin when the price was $70., to give a timeline to it. I have written a special text on my website at www.nateofearth.xyz(which is hosted on ipfs) Outlined in this text from line 38, I have a goal of creating a new type of blockchain called 'Hope' which will integrate with nostr, ipfs and a blockchain.
I have no development background but have started learning to code in GO, progress is slow but I have the vision and patience to achieve it. if this interests you give me a follow and I'll be updating my website and #nostr with my progress over the coming months and years. Thanks for the question, well starting at #39 I outline our four point plan in that there will be a education platform which will be 2000 hour long courses that are decided by concensus as 'mandatory' to be completed to access the democracy platform. think of it as completing high school, once you have each human will choose on naming day if they will keep there given name or choose another they come up with, then with that they access the democracy platform. Change the system that creates homelessness and promotes class systems. Ask yourself this why should someone be denied a place to live to be able to participate in things like democracy, education, work that they enjoy. a place to rest your head is a basic human right which is overlooked because the elite make money off making it expensive to go to sleep in a safe, reliable location. we can come together and fix this issue from its core but change will be slow without an alternative system to subscribe to ✌️
