What would be the possible violation? Remember: the president and the executive branch do not make the laws. Congress does. I don’t remember Congress outlawing free speech or equal protection under the law; they are constitutionally protected.

Some of the best advice I’ve heard is to pick your issues, pick your focus areas where you know you can make things better or keep them from getting worse, and focus. Try to tune out the rest of the noise. Also take breaks to rejuvenate when necessary. It will be a marathon not a sprint.

I’m hoping @npub1xw7…r9m5 or others knowledgeable on the subject can explain the rationale behind blocking Threads and Bluesky? I have started following and boosting content from both sources when the content is good. Is that bad for Mastodon users in the fediverse? We obviously do not want to encourage reliance on Meta and other platforms of dubious ownership, but what’s the harm in federating?
