Further, tech allows one to break away from existing structures as they become too obsolete and myopic (like the internet allowing dissenting narratives to flow more freely). Of course, the power has managed to find a way to disrupt that somewhat successfully and has an entrenched presence in the new tech, but the people behind the steering wheel are getting older and more retarded. It's only a matter of time before they're too slow to adapt to a new technology.

Literally all planets are flat plains with maybe some mountains. No actual cave systems (only mini random cave dungeons). No ocean worlds. No gas giants.
