@npub1s9h…pup9 is one of the best conferences on accessibility and inclusivity in design and development. And it's streamed for free on YouTube.
This year's conference is live right now! And there are some really amazing talks lined up. https://inclusivedesign24.org/2025/schedule/

As someone who always prefers websites over apps ( whether it be me writing a project or using a technology ), my favorite line from @npub1fdr…lvhs keynote in PyCon US is
"An app is just a website that we have wrapped in the correct DRM to make it a felony to protect your privacy while you use it"

Today is the last day for submitting a talk in the Inclusive Web devroom in FOSDEM 2025 https://toots.dgplug.org/@saptaks/113530532254434439

2024-11-23 05:07:23 UTC

Only about a week remaining for submitting a talk at the Inclusive Web devroom in FOSDEM 2025. The last date for submission is 30th November, 2024. If you are someone who works in security, privacy, accessibility, localisation or any other topic that you feel makes the web inclusive and usable by everyone, you should definitely submit a talk! FOSDEM is a conference for people passionate about FOSS and I feel it's really important to discuss these topics in this space, so that Open Source tools for the web can be more inclusive.
