If not in session, Congress is required to convene within 48 hours once the 25th Amendment is invoked. This seriously bothers me as well however, I believe that HARRIS herself will fact check Trump as she rebuts him, which is legitimately what happens in a debate.
The one thing we can count on is that Harris will maintain her cool and with her prosecutorial skills, be able to correct what was said wrong and then address the truth.

I personally believe the reason Merchan is waiting until after the election is because he is going to incarcerate Trump and by delaying until after the election it wont interfere or be used as as a tool in the election results. I felt it was very bad for Trump that Merchan didnt just go ahead and tell the penalty, if it was just a penalty an not jail time
If it was JUST a penalty, I believe Merchan would have been able to just say that penalty up front and add it to the list of other penalties that Trump has to PAY with money
I believe Merchan's penalty to Trump IS jail time and he is waiting until after the election because IF Trump were to be elected, this jail time is going to have to be finagled behind the scenes before announced, where as a monetary penalty would just be additional money owed by Trump.
I felt that Merchan delaying this was a devastating turn of events for Team Trump because they will not be able to appeal USING the election.

I really think people underestimate how effectively castrated Donald Trump will be on November 6th if we are successful in voting him out of office.
Trump's only power previously was that he occupied the White House at the time and projected that the entire government was revolting because he was being forced out by an illegal vote. Trump also projected that the military was behind him and he needed the militias to come and help him make sure he stayed in power. All feasible because he WAS in power at the time. Trump was capable of nearly immediate action on any of his commands because he was in power.
The lawyers SHOULD gear up for the nasty legal battle, now doubt. But all we are going to hear are the highlights because why------ we will have moved on.
The legal battles are going to be a shit show including and not limited to the documents case.
As of Novemb3er 6, we hopefully will no longer care how Trump spends all his money.
