I have a friend who is an orthodox Christian. Vlad the Impaler got brought up and he said that what he did was "not very Christian behavior."
This is why I'm not big on religion, particularly Christianity in this particular instance. There is so much pussying around. I love Jesus but I really don't think the way is letting your enemies trample over you and just hoping that somehow truth and light will overcome. Sometimes you need to be the villain in someone else's story. Sometimes people deserve a taste of their own medicine.
You should try to give people the peaceful opportunity to see the light and to accept God's grace. To love all that is beautiful and fight against whatever is evil. If they turn it away, if they want to impose their rule on you by force, you simply cannot let them. Extending a hand is all well and good until it is chopped off, because if you can no longer extend your hand then you are useless.

i mainly bring it up as another point as to why iran's government is not good. i don't really care about people who just think we shouldn't be involved or whatever, that's fine and totally respectable. i still think it's a little short-sighted but i get the sentiment. what i take issue with is people actually *championing* iran. they're defeating pedophiles, so they're good! pay no attention to the fact that they have child rape literally built into their legal structure!

2026-03-27 11:28:59 UTC

- reply

to be clear i fucking hate israel as well. i just take massive issue with those who somehow miss the fact that iran does verifiably worse shit (verifiably being the key word here) but have legitimate israel derangement syndrome so they overlook all of it.
when was the last time israel killed 30,000 people and then shut off their internet and charged the dead's families to get their remains back because they were protesting the government? eh?
people aren't looking at the bigger picture here, they just identify that israel has wronged them in some way and so therefore anyone who goes against israel is good. it is the literal lowest tier nigger brain thinking possible.

2026-03-27 11:23:52 UTC

yeah, some muslims seem ok, you're right. we're not talking about the "okay" ones here. we're talking about a country where girls as young as 9 years old can be married off and there's no such thing as marital rape. if people report rape and there isn't enough evidence, which has a high requirement, they can be punished with flogging! WOW, so based!! surely they are what is best for all of us because they don't like israel or the west(tm)!
disingenuous fucks who cheer them on boil my blood. like mr "aryan swastika" here who i'm sure is probably some flavor of fed or sped. sounds like a great game show idea, actually.

AllTheFallen's shutdown explained by the site's owner.
TL;DR #1: Legal pressure, though not direct. Monetary costs reaching unsustainable levels. Site users getting out of hand. Vistarrr recommends keeping any new sites niche and thinking hard about what kind of community you want to foster.
TL;DR #2: Vistarrr was away from ATF so the site admins and mods made a backup. They reinstated a mod who was previously removed to help do this by way of adding a backdoor. Vistarrr returns and tells people that the backup is dangerous and is assured it has been deleted. Said mod lied about deleting it, is unhinged, and chimps out, threatening to leak the entire thing. Any ATF clones that pop up after the website shuts down are NOT to be trusted.

I would say I need to just find someone very similar to me but that was the last girl I went on a date with and she was like "I don't see a future with you." after ONE date that I thought went pretty well and that I traveled 2 hours each way by train for. Like, what's good enough?
Tbh, not trying to denigrate myself or anything, but realistically if I were a woman why tf would I date someone like me seriously? Can't drive, can't work a full time job. Sure I'm kinda funny and kinda smart and like partially attractive, and I try my best in everything that I can, but if I'm thinking as a woman... The dating market is completely in a woman's favor. She could probably find someone who has all those upsides and their downsides won't be as life altering as mine are.
The longest relationship I ever had was in 10th grade, for almost a year, and she told me over text she never actually really liked me that much to break it off.
Maybe it's just not in the cards for me man. Sucks to think about sometimes but you know what, that date funny enough really made me re-focus on myself. Started learning Japanese, going to the gym again, shit like that.

There's not too much to write about this one other than that is an extremely solid rhythm game. It has more or less completely replaced Muse Dash for me (although I use the Muse Dash skin for the game lol) due to its higher complexity. I haven't played nearly as much of it as I would like to just because there are so many other things out there to play and do, but I come back to it pretty often.
The track list is pretty good and the DLC for the game (along with the game itself) goes on some pretty steep discounts fairly often. It seems like a huge amount of money but if you wait for those sales, it's not too bad at all. It's also worth checking key resellers because I have found some REALLY good deals on those places.
However, there is one GLARING issue. There is no Touhou or Miku whatsoever. It might sound a little ridiculous but not having Touhou or Miku in a rhythm game does legitimately lower my perception of it just a little bit. There aren't really any other rhythm game staples here either such as Brain Power. Whenever this gets brought up, I've noticed people tend to dismiss it by saying "just play one of the other dozens of rhythm games that have those songs then" but I really would like to play them in this format in this engine as well.
The game also REQUIRES an internet connection for its strict anti-cheat which is a sore spot for sure, and it makes it so you can't have custom tracks and things like that. It does keep the leaderboards and the online play squeaky clean, but there is certainly something lost there. I would love it if games would just start pushing you into offline-only mode if they detected any mods or whatever so you could still enjoy the game on your own terms how you want it to be.
Otherwise, yeah, great game, really fun, get it and some DLC packs with tracks you like on sale and you'll have a great time!

i've always believed that gender dysphoria is a mental health issue, so it should be solved with non-invasive mental health treatments. learning to love yourself as you are and strive to be a better version of that person, rather than trying to force change, is a good lesson for every single person to learn.
if it isn't gender dysphoria then it is a fetish and we shouldn't let children be exposed to fetishes or alter polite and fair society to accommodate for fetishes.
i wish people would see it as a problem to be solved rather than an identity to be celebrated. doing that causes damage to everyone.
this is literally the thing that began my shift away from progressives in high school and got me questioning things i wasn't supposed to question.
