Bitcoin didn't flunk a thing. It's being acted upon to slow it down. On one side you have the bankers who want to hold on to their hegemony. On the other side you have the people in high places who know we need a monetary reset but know if we go too fast too many people get left behind.
Bitcoin isn't tied to liquidity. It's tied to will. It's the escape hatch that will open when they are ready for it to open. This is the time to quit looking at it as a financial instrument that is a part of the curreng system and realize that it is the new system.
Gold and silver are the great aunt and uncle who traveled a lot and have good stories. But they didn't have kids and didn't end up producing anything lasting. That rug will get pulled at some point, and everyone who thought they were hedges will be dumbfounded.
Bitcoin will run and will eat everything. It won't be excess liquidity that will do it. It will be the decision that the fiat system is over that will.

I don't believe the free market is rising. I think those of us who naturally resist systems are going to benefit from having bought bitcoin, but the majority of people are about to be forced into a surveillance system run on credit scores and cbdcs. When the jobs are gone and the fiat system as we know it breaks, the bankers and politicians have to do something to control the out-of-work masses (otherwise revolt). If you buy property with plans to escape the mundane suburban consumer lifestyle, be prepared to (lol) buy things constantly.
For example, if you think mowing your yard is an expensive pain, just wait until you have multiple acres. You will need a tractor, maybe one, but depending on the size of the property, probably two (big and small).
That's a big expense, but even the small expenses seem to come constantly. I had a gas weedeater, which was hard to keep running. I bought a new milwaukee battery-powered trimmer, but then it started to rain and rain and rain, and I couldn't mow or trim for weeks. The whole place went to mud, and the weeds started to grow.
Then the trimmer wasn't tough enough and I had to go buy a brush cutter attachment.
Then we wanted our own eggs because that's pretty basic when you move to the country. I can buy chicken eggs from our neighbors, so why vother with them? So, we decide to raise ducks. But to do so you have to have a shelter, the right feed, plenty of water, day time shade, a place for them to swim, fencing, and bedding. Thousands of dollars later and no eggs until the fall. 😆
This is just the yard and eggs. I haven't even touched on the big stuff like water and road management.
I enjoy it because I am a builder, but trying to get out on your own is a huge commitment, especially if you've lived in the city your whole life.

Wish I had video of me and my wife trying to get the ducks out of their pool and into their shed for the night. Despite the dark, they refused to get out of the water.
After a great deal of splashing and quacking, they finally gave in as I grabbed them one by one. The last three threw in the towel and climbed out of the pool and went to their door.
So ungrateful considering I had just refreshed their food and water for the night.
