Why I try to avoid any new medicines on the market --- studies can say one thing but it is only when a drug hits the general population that harms can really be evaluated. Phen fen was another thing that was supposed to be the miracle weight loss drug but then it showed a tendency to shred heart tissue.

Considering how quickly a single predator can cover a lot of ground and how it can take only one hard blow or slam to the pavement to kill a victim...exactly HOW are these alleged rescue rangers going to make it to the location even if they really want to?
If the UK allowed victims to use self-defense and carry weapons that are actually effective, I could see this system sometimes working. If and only if, the alert also goes to the potential victim (and maybe trusted people around the victim) so evasion or self-defense measures can happen quickly.
BTW, will predators be able to disable that tracking device? Hand it to somebody else to constantly harass the victim with false alerts while the real predator sits in public so he/she has an alibi?
This is a way of protecting victims that has some possible use but not in any society that criminalizes self-defense and forbids victims having any weapons.

I have seen deer get over some quite high fences. More deer means more deer crossing roads and getting killed by cars (or injured and going off to die slowly), which sometimes also causes harm and death to humans. Shoot the excess deer, eat the meat.

There is little chance Western women are ever going to form a military and go conquer muslim nations to free the women there.

Fen-phen was supposed to be the big weight loss drug some decades ago. Then it turned out that it shredded the heart muscles in some users. It is still around but rarely used.
When new drugs come out, it is best to let a few years go by and see if it causes any issues out in real use. Not always possible, I guess, but I hope to never have to take something new on the market.

My first thought is that women should not have to produce chromosome tests on demand because most of those requests would come from disingenuous clowns.
Then I wondered why, if the issue of sex is causing all this drama, why not just invite media sources from left and right to choose their own testing facility and go give the sample right in front of them. All the results should be the same no matter what lab.
Then I remembered the TIMs and decided I would be OK with all people having a chromosome test at birth or when they renew some sort of gov issued ID and make the results of that test be permanent and unchangeable by law. No more legal fictions.

I am not advising anybody to go full survive-off-the-land prepper. It is best to think carefully about what happens if the grid goes down and the stores have nothing for say 2-3 weeks.
If you can afford it --- have enough to get you through a month of scarcity. Get a solar panel and lithium rechargeable battery bank. Have food that does not need water to prepare. Have a way to clean water you find when you run out of stored up water. Have cash in many denominations. If you can, have some way of defending yourself and what you have.
We need to think about what happens if nobody is coming to help.
