We need to destigmatize getting tested for STD's. It's just a blood test like every other blood test.
I was so scared the first time I got tested. That's all due to internal voices that have been trained that somehow we've done something "wrong".
Normalize getting tested. And then don't vote for the politicians who want to take away all the treatment and prevention options.

I've had the exact same experience during my current rewatch. The 2nd season is absolutely brilliant. The 3rd season just can't keep up and the 4th season is rough.
Still a great show.

I don't think I've ever read a book like that before. Short, yet doesn't try to solve the ailment of the main character. Very much like a "moment in time" type movie.
There's some politics in there but nothing too crazy.
