my criticism is that anarchism has the same problem as many of the communist sects in america: they either demand revolution immediately without doing the work in the long haul to make it happen over a large scale (thus falling to exclusively local activism or otherwise ineffectual protest movements), or they conclude the revolution is not coming anytime soon and default to liberalism.

A problem with US society is that the most outspoken proponents of "protecting women" obviously see women as inferior, they see womanhood inherently as an extension of the male desire for procreation, and they see female-adjacent people in general as unable to make their own decisions.
Nearly every misogynistic policy in the US is framed in some way as protecting the women involved from themselves. Whether it be bans on abortion, medically unfounded restrictions to estrogen access (for both postmenopausal and transgender women), or severe limitations on financial/political autonomy.

I never played with barbies though. I wasn't the three year old asking when my genitals would fall off or whatever. I didn't fit those stereotypes.
How it manifested in me was that I never got along with the guys. I never really was interested in being particularly dudeish, and the thought actually repelled me.
And when I had puberty, it just felt wrong. I felt like I was supposed to be different, on a level deeper than my consciousness. Like it viscerally was wrong for me. But I didn't tell anyone, because I knew I wasn't supposed to feel that way and I should just "man up" or whatever.

What is the biological line? It's fuzzy. Because biology is fuzzy. Biology is not an exact science. The majority of mainstream biology is about statistics, and grouping broad clusters of organisms together, and studying their behavior qualitatively. Or by using techniques from computational physics and chemistry to study the molecules of life and how they interact, but that's not really what you learn in "basic biology".
Biological sex cannot be binary, because there are so many different parameters, different parts of the body, so many different endocrine and metabolic pathways.
Someone can be genetically male, but they have a female phenotype. Someone can have testosterone, but not respond to it so they look female and develop as a female. Someone can have male anatomy, but a female hormonal composition (like myself). Etc.

But if you view the male and female sexes from a scientific lens, you will realize that it's not that difficult to switch between them because they are mainly distinguished through epigenetic patterns of gene expression that are mediated by steroid hormones.

I don't understand the people who call it a "lifestyle" or whatever. Because being LGBT is not a "lifestyle". LGBT people live all sorts of lifestyles. Some are vegan, some are bodybuilders, etc.
Being LGBT is not a lifestyle. Admiring the female form is not a lifestyle. Admiring the male form is not a lifestyle. It's just a natural thing that people organically do.
And as for trans people: it's not a lifestyle to be a man or a woman or whatever else. You just are. And different people have a different journey with it.
And in the case of gender dysphoria, I would say it's about as much of a lifestyle as crippling depression, or type one diabetes is a lifestyle. As in, it's not a lifestyle at all. It's a medical condition that reduces quality of life significantly on the part of the sufferer. Certain forms of medical care are empirically proven to alleviate it, as well as to change one's gender presentation in social contexts. I say this as someone who experiences it.

I am a feminist. It absolutely horrifies me how women face so much mutilation, bodily assault, and political disenfranchisement from the current way we do things. Every single women's rights issue there is today, I am broadly on the side of women in general.
I am against the gendered division of labor and property, I am against the treatment of women's bodies as property. I am against the reduction of women to breeding machines by the state (as fascists and the like typically try to enact). I am against the economic and political oppression of women.

I bet that it would be very hard for you to weave a blanket, for example. It would take a long time to make the intricate patterns and learn all the relevant processing steps for dying.
