I am still not over the situation when someone asked for my “gmail”, I gave them my email address and they were like “No, your gmail!” And tried to explain to me that they only could send messages to Gmail accounts and they do not have an email.

One of the many treats of #ADHD I hate the most: ADHDers have no internal motivation and rely completely on external motivation: urgency, novelty, pressure, competition and the need to belong. Except novelty they require negative emotions: anxiety and fear for urgency and pressure, competition and need to belong require shame. Hyperfocus is not for oneself but caused by seek for novelty.
To have ADHD is to battle negativ emotions all the time by doing stuff for _others_ and not for oneself. >>

I have #adhd so never say „we need to talk“ without saying that I am not in trouble. My rejection sensitivity dysphoria will run rampant and I will go through every interaction we ever had in my head trying to find the situation I did something wrong while experiencing anxiety.
Or tell me I am in trouble and why. We can discuss that later but I need to know.

Der freundliche Herr klärte mich über die Folgen der Erklärung auf. Unter anderem „Wenn sie in Zukunft einen Reisepass beantragen wird dort kein Geschlechtsmerkmal drin stehen. Sie werden dann in einige Länder nicht mehr einreisen können. Aber das wollen sie in diesen Ländern vermutlich eh nicht“

Standesbeamter „Die Erklärung des Namens und des Geschlechtseintrages werden gültig mit Eingang bei ihrem Geburtsstandesamt - leider schicken wir das mit der Deutschen Post“
Er war sehr freundlich („Ich muss ihnen das vorlesen und dabei leider einmal ihren Deadname verwenden“), der ganze Prozess war sehr geschmeidig und das Standesamt Neukölln ist in einem wirklich netten Gebäude.

#38C3 Orga macht ja prinzipiell Spaß. Menschen nein sagen ist dabei eine der weniger schönen Aufgaben. Nervig wird es, wenn dann "Warum? Nach welchen Kriterien" zurück kommt und das wieder Zeit wegnimmt, um sich um anderer Dinge zu kümmern.

Habe eine obdachlose Person im Kiez vermisst. War plötzlich wieder da. Frage was war. Saß wegen Schwarzfahren im Knast - wurde nach 10 Tagen frei gekauft (vermutlich vom @npub17st…9ama) - hätte eigentlich bis 30.10. sitzen müssen.
Ist zwar frei aber kein Bürgergeld mehr („da müssen sie neu beantragen“ und das wird gerade schön verschleppt) und aus der Substitution raus geflogen.
