Back in summer of 2010 i read the bitcoin white paper tried to mine bitcoin and failed. I concluded it was a cool idea but to complicated for a normie like me so it would never take off. I dismissed it. Same vibes from some on Nostr today. I am not doing that mistake again, I'll stick around.

Alerts of all kinds are slow and missing, need app restart to show. I am sure many people would prefer you guys fix basic stuff like this before adding new features and moving ui elements around.

Bitcoin censorship resistance work fine. No one can stop your transaction. If they try eg miner ofac address censorship you just bump the fees and wait. Fungibility is core to Bitcoin's design.

My understanding of LLMs or AI is that they are basically predictive fiction machines. It science fiction made real.
How will humanity handle this? Will most people merge with the machines or decouple from them? To what degree will peoples agency matter?
I think personal agency, freedom and sovereignty is under attack like never before.
I believe there is a delicate balance here you need to figure out before you are captured by the great game.

With the help of my openclaw agent i made my own woocommerce plugin that set bitcoin as default currency for the LNbits plugin, show prices in Sats, and fetch USD rates every 10 min for reference. I made these tactical utility folders to scratch my own itch, and have something I can offer to support the bitcoin circular economy.
I believe the only way out of the fiat system is going bitcoin only.

I have been thinking of bitcoin as a medium of exchange and unit of account this winter.
I have now come to the conclusion that one of the biggest hurdles for bitcoin adoption is fiat pricing, and a fiat mindset. As long as goods and services is priced and accounted for in fiat there will be no bitcoin standard.
Please consider this perspective when thinking about bitcoin. Everything change when the denominator change.
Since i am a humble bitcoin maximalist trying to follow the saying "Be the change you want to see in the world" i am taking this to heart and have now changed my prices to bitcoin only at cyberita.no
I believe i am the first knife maker who only accept bitcoin and price my knifes in bitcoin.
As a consequence of this fundamental change to pricing, Cyberita knives are on sale in fiat terms when bitcoin price is down. Now you can buy the fucking fiat dip! 😂 #bitcoinonly #edc #knives
Addendum: I use WooCommerce with @nprofile…2d5s and to my surprise the LNbits plugin did not support bitcoin as default currency so i had to fix the plugin to accept bitcoin as default.
Goes to show not many bitcoiners think much about this and take for granted you want to price stuff in fiat. Even LNbits devs have a fiat mindset. Haha we got work to do..
