One thing that kinda annoys me about Misskey et al. is that reaction emojis from different servers aren't combined together at all
Like, surely if the name of the emoji is the same, and the hash of the image is the same, then it's probably safe to assume the two are identical, no?
But instead you get posts that have the exact same neocat reaction from 15 different servers copied 15 times over

I have acquired a scan of a Japanese light novel through "means" and I wanna turn it into an epub, both for my own reading and for the hell of it
Does anyone know any good local OCR software that lets me just chuck a shitload of page scans at it and get a txt file of the results? Even if the output txt is badly formatted, that's fine, I'll need to clean it up and organise it manually anyway
