If they actually thought we were men they'd be writing dozens of op-eds about how trans women just need to be spoken to more kindly, given special treatment and extra consideration and how all of our toxic behaviors are actually the fault of ppl talking about them and we deserve more care from society at large

I wrote a massive round up of all the stories and analyses I could easily recall from the last decade to demonstrate that, rather than "bending to Trump's will", Big Tech built the fascist social world. After reading this you'll never fall for the ole "these guys would do diversity and justice if it weren't for Donald Trump, and that's why they have a display case full of skull-measuring calipers in their office" again

From CAW, our worker-owned anarchist journal, which we are currently fundraising for!!
Q: "Why are culture and art important while the world is burning?"
A: "The world has been burning since 1492. Art and culture have been crucial for creating a sense of belonging, spreading radical ideas, resisting empire, imagining new worlds, building community, and helping you find your murder."

Very very excited for our new worker-owned anarchist writing collective CAW! We are currently fundraising to launch a full time anarchist project that will start with the work of me, Shuli Branson, Dani Burlison and carla joy bergman but will hopefully expand to support anarchist and autonomous writers and creative projects far beyond! But we will be bringing you podcasts, a zine and sticker distro, an anarchist advice column, film and music reviews, fiction, essays and interviews about struggle and mutual aid, and whatever other shiny things we can find to share! Please support our crowd funding campaign if you can, and join the murder!

I wrote a piece of (barely) speculative fiction about how the revolution could start literally today, yes, today, October 1st 2024, with just a few key moves between Palestine solidarity, striking port workers, and mutual aid relief

"While generative AI may not actually solve almost any of the problems that it is marketed to solve, it does solve one massive problem for the US economy: how to keep selling more and more gas.
In 2023, computer infrastructure and oil and gas extraction were two of the five fastest growing sectors of the US economy. Of the other three, two (telecoms and software development) are interrelated to these trends. It's a boom time for oil, for data centers, and for tech infrastructure.
The prominence of the hard-right Big Tech fascists, exemplified but hardly exhausted by Elon Musk, JD Vance and Peter Thiel, is reflective of the increasing alignment of tech with extractive and war industries. Big Tech has failed to make truly innovative and exciting products for almost a decade now, and it has "solved" this problem by creating ever more absurd grifts that derive their apparent legitimacy and value from exactly how expensive they are in energy and material effort."
I wrote about the ecological devastation of Big Tech and AI and what we can do to resist

Did you all know an epochal stock collapse seems to be in process today? Did you know the tech bubble is bursting, that Japan had the worst Monday since the start of the lost decade and the US markets had the worst open since Coronavirus shutdowns? I wrote about the joys of watching the financial class eat shit and why we should treat "economists" like Court Magicians or Haruspex
