Step 1: acknowledge your mistake publicly
Step 2: analyze/explain, why it was a mistake. (this is your teaching moment, don’t screw it up.)
Step 3: apologize sincerely
Step 4: make a promise to not repeat your mistake in the future (you can even make it legally binding)
Step 5: condemn/applaud others who made/avoided the same mistake, as you. Yes, it will remind everyone your past mistake. But trying to sweep it under the rug makes it worse
Congratulations, you’re now a reformed citizen of the global collective!

I don’t know if anyone would be interested in learning Bengali/Bangla. I don’t think there’s much demand of it outside South Asia, London and New York. But it’s a fantastic and fun language! (Yes I’m biased)

2026-03-04 02:32:54 UTC

I wish more language instructions were written as Bengali to other languages, because it’s so much easier than going through English. Currently learning about Korean alphabet and vowels are very similar to Bengali. And it actually makes sense why 기 is pronounced ki/gi. (In Bengali k and g are in the same group of letters) #languages

I dreamt that two bearded man walked into a place and I called them Jesus.
“Hey Jesus!”
The one with the longer flowy beard answers “yes?”
And my response was “not you, the other one”
The other one, clearly annoyed and in a huff answer “yeah? What is it??”
They were both Jesus
PS - what’s the plural of Jesus? Jesi??

Speaking of MCU, I was wrong all these years about Scarlett Johansson. I hated her casting. But at least she gave her all for the Black Widow character. The real waste was Natalie Portman as Thor’s love interest. My personal feelings for her aside, she looked like, she didn’t even wanna be there. She felt so out of place!

Maybe your Desi parent is different but most of them have this entitlement that we owe them our life no matter what. Like- I understand, I’m solely here because they fucked, but because they fucked up being a parent I don’t HAVE to forgive them because they’re on death’s door. Any type of communication is hijacked and end up me being guilt trapped. I’m just so tired

2026-02-06 17:01:36 UTC

Can we all just agree racists lost their collective minds when Obama won the presidency and since then every terrible thing was orchestrated, so nothing similar happens ever again? At least this will settle “the why” for every bigoted racist and sexist right-wingers. #USPol

It’s 2025, either accept the inevitability of ebooks or STFU. Do you know how easy it is to read, when your book can be accessed by your phone? If you don’t want that, you probably don’t want people to read your book, which I personally do not understand
