DS9 is clearly the most beautiful, but at the same time it's slow and thoughtful, much like the show it represents.
I have a real soft spot for the Discovery theme. I think it's beautiful and atmospheric, and very, very different than the blaring horns of the Berman-era Trek. I think the brilliance of the theme gets lost in the general Disco hatred, which is a real pity.

I'd argue that the first half of Discovery was fine. Once they transitioned to the mirror universe it all fell apart. I fucking LOVE Lorca... right up until they ruined him in the mirror universe.
In fact, I'd argue that they killed off the 2 most compelling characters in Discovery in the first season
(Lorca and Georgiou).

The reason I like the 32nd century jump is that is allowed the writers to completely re-imagine the Star Trek universe without worrying about continuity.
The writers did go wild with some of the technology. The tech of TNG/Voyager was getting a little too... real. For example:
"Why are their PADs thicker and less capable than my iPad?"

I like the 32nd Century jump, honestly. Just like TNG did, we take Star Trek into an unfamiliar future where everything is new again. That was a brilliant audible mid-series for Discovery.
As a lifelong Star Trek fan, I can categorically say:
* I don't want a Section 31 series/movie, and I don't want any more of the Emperor (love Michelle Yeoh, however).
* I don't want any more prequels. Pick a fucking timeline and stick with it, FFS.
* Star Trek Picard S3 was great fun, but I'm done with Star Trek nostalgia and fan service (LD excepted). Give us something new, please please please.

I think that Paramount have made it perfectly clear that they have no idea whatsoever about what the fans want and what will make them money.
Strange New Worlds is the sole exception. I would have added Lower Decks to that as well, but (of course), that's been cancelled.
