I presume every home or accommodation in that state will now be mandated to have two bathroooms, so no male in the residence will use the same facility as any female in the same residence.
Only female staff to clean and maintain female facilities; and only male staff to clean and maintain male facilties. Hopefully plumbers and outfitters will be available as male and female to kit out or do any essential maintenance also.

You can be 100% certain the worst is in the couple of million pages of information and evidence they have refused to release so far. The current Labour administration is paving the path for this. People have been arrested and charged and convicted for holding a meeting discussing possible protest. The courts and judges can refuse to hear the defence case, and forbid the accused or their barristers from telling the court what and why their planned an action. People are charged and described as ‘terrorist’ for holding a sign with certain words in public…..

I believe a rather depressed executive from Vue cinemas has said one ticket has been sold for the first show, and two for a later show. This film isn’t about audience figures: it’s a soother/bribe paid by a company to stay in Trumps good books. It’s probably costing that company a lot more than they ever envisaged. And Trump won’t have to pay Melania’s price for silence - it’s covered in this $40 million plus.

That depends on the judge. There are plenty of judges quit unconcerned with misogynistic lines if questioning in assault cases: provocative clothing, drink taken, previous sexual history etc. it’s very disappointing that a victim of such an assault would advocate against a jury system for any trial.

Those opposing ICE and such have not moved to violence…..yet. They have been using peaceful means like whistles, noise, recording and exposing who and where ICE are. But I think ICE are escalating, regardless. Their brutality has the backing of Noem, Homan, Millar and such. Laws and boundaries are being ignored. Republican political unease is being ignored. Trump and his administration are pushing for an autocracy/despot regime. If it goes to Civil War it will be very very bad.

I am not convinced he can evaluate information sufficiently to understand any of this. China is in trade surplus and increasingly so. Trump only sees transactions through a ‘how do I personally benefit from this?’ lens. As he declines cognitively, he’s even less capable of understanding or accepting he’s wrong.
