If you are into punk and your timeline is boring: go to https://fedi.punk.guide and see who is already there... (And follow @npub1mz0…79cn )
And follow @npub16h6…z6lf to get all the bands in your timeline!
Want more beginner hints? Check out https://punx.social - next week we will launch the English version, if plans work out.

If you are familiar with German, we explained here how you can use your own domain.

(English will be online in 2 weeks, after summer break)
If German is not your thing, check the official guide

It seems you deleted your post. Without reacting to what it's written here...
If you think you were overreacting, wouldn't be the normal way to say OK, i misunderstood, all good?

And thank you for asking "normal" and not, like others, accusing us ripping of people when we ask for this. This seems not normal anymore nowadays.

@npub18jq…yfy3 I have never heard that translators are called artists, that's why I asked.
we are running 3 Fediverse servers (with our own money, without begging for it), we run the punx.social website as an information portal for all the people who are into punk and want to inform themselves about the Fediverse.
We can also keep it just in German and English - but a lot of people are able to translate it.
If they wanna help, fine. if not, also fine.
I guess you haven't understood at all what this is all about. The page is a pure DIY thing.
If we would write something we would sell later, of course we would go the professional way and pay the people who translate it. but that's not how this is working.

It's volunteer work.
We are doing this all non-profit, it's open source,, with us having only costs but no income on this (and there will be non in the future...), which is totally okay.
We are doing this, to make the Fediverse more known in our community.
If you want to help, feel free, we would be happy, but beside of a big thank you and some stickers, we will not offer anything.

RE: https://punkstodon.de/@punxsocial/116923016913817247
We are working on an English version of our website, and then we will need your help for translating it into other languages.
Beside German and English, we would love to offer a version in:
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Italian
- Polish
- whatever you can help translate it 😁
But it shouldn't be done by DeepL only, we would love to have real people having a look and making it more enjoyable.
So if you can help, please reply in the comments with the languages you want to help us.
(It's voluntary work of course)
We will start in September with adding the other languages.

Hey Bands, Labels, Fanzines, Veranstalter & sonstige...
