Viele trans oder nicht-binäre Menschen schreiben hier im fediverse ihre Pronomen in ihr Profil, damit sie korrekt angesprochen werden können. Damit sind sie jedoch auch klar als trans oder non-binär erkennbar. Wenn jetzt cis-Frauen und -Männer es ebenfalls tun, auch, wenn es für uns keine Frage ist, wird es normal und ist damit auch ein Schutz für die, die es brauchen.
Bin neugierig: Wäre es dir wirklich egal, ob du mit der oder die Udo angesprochen wirst?

Versuch einer Antwort:
es geht darum, dass es in unserer Gesellschaft üblich ist, über Männer mit er/ihm und über Frauen mit sie/ihr zu sprechen. Für Menschen, die sich dieser Sortierung nicht zugehörig fühlen, kann es regelrecht schmerzhaft sein, mit den falschen Pronomen angesprochen zu werden. Daher ist es ein Zeichen von Respekt ggü non-binären oder trans Menschen, sie nach ihrem Pronomen zu fragen. Eine dritte Möglichkeit kann hier auch they/them sein (auf dt?)➡️

Ich habe diesen Hype um "smarthomes" noch nie verstanden. Das ist für mich Spielzeug, allenfalls noch eine weitere Krücke für die Bequemlichkeit der Menschen...
deren Preis die letztendlich totale Überwachung ist.
Denn die paar mg CO2, die ich durch "Optimierung von Heizung und Beleuchtung" vlt spare, sind nichts gegen den unfassbaren Ressourcenhunger von KI in all seinen Formen.
Dann lieber ein ordentliches analoges Thermostat vernünftig eingestellt, das bringt mehr.
