Well, my problem with alt text is what language to use. My (few) followers use luxembourgish, french, german and english language. That's potentially a lot of alt text... And not everyone is fine with English.

Et alors? Cela donne plein de travail aux employés de banque du Luxembourg qui sont transfrontalier. Ainsi l'argent retourne de nouveau en France, il sert donc à faire vivre beaucoup de familles françaises qui profitent aussi du service de santé luxembourgeois et du système des retraites. Donc, un investissement financier au Luxembourg ne passe pas totalement à côté de la France! Il fait vivre toute une région! Et puis, et oui, le Luxembourg n'est pas un paradis fiscal.

It's a measure of distance. If it's a light- minute away means: ~300 000 km/s (speed of light) X 60s = 18 000 000 km.
Voyager is not travelling at light speed, so it will need more time than a minute.
