Exactly.
He was shunned by the NY social and business elite, the NFL team owners' club, and the Nobel committee, so he's got to create 'fake' awards (FIFA Peace Prize) and organisations (Mar-a-Lardo, Board of Peace) for him to feel like a 'winner' and part of an elite crowd. In turn, his people craft a reality around him where he's always 'winning' no matter what actual reality might be.
