En mi pueblo durante años se prohibía el acceso a los perros a la playa. Se escudaban en la normativa del Ayuntamiento (pese a que la ley de costas decía otra cosa)
Al final la peña se organizó, recogida de firmas, ser muy pesados, e incluso se montaron protestas con perros en la playa.
Al final, hace ya dos (y con LBA en la mano) se consiguió una "playa" (un trozo, vaya) para perros y lleva dos años triunfando; tanto que este año la amplían.

Pero vamos, empieza a ayudarla desde dentro hacia fuera. Que vaya gestionando a quedarse sola en una habitación o terraza. Ayuda un "kong", huesos, comederos a distancia, alfombras olfativas.
