What kind of cameras are the astronauts using and are they actually holding the cameras or are the cameras mounted outside and remotely controlled?

Our kitten loves these too. The funny thing I found it that I started showing him these 'made for cats' videos, mostly birds, squirrels, and mice, but now he will come and sit with me when I have a laptop on my lap and will sit attentively for lots of different kinds of videos. I started playing him videos of a travel vlogger who travels by foot and bike and does a lot of first person go-pro type footage. He'll sit still for an hour watching that so long as I sit still and keep it playing.

Sorry to read about this happening to you.
I have seen many people embrace the saying 'defund the police'and and take that phrase quite literally to it's extreme. As you say, what would our society be like without law enforcement? It is a naive point of view. Perhaps, one day they will need to make a call for help and realize how naive they have been.
