I use the flatpack on Linux Mint, and it updated automatically. There are dozens of little things like this that make both Linux & LibreOffice so convenient and hassle free.

How they dreamed the article would be read: A daring media company championed for a young child to help a company cut through a bureaucratic snag to "access the care" she needed.
How people read it once they've woken up: A giant media company that routinely platforms politicians that make it nearly impossible to get the healthcare that people need ran a rage-bait story so we'd think they're the good guys.

Now may be a good time to remind people that Hitler never won a majority in any election. It was the liberals of the day who had to choose whether to align with socialists and union members or fascists, and they chose the fascists.
Today's Dems giving the excuse of civility are just camouflaging their fascist sympathizing and need to be called out on it.

Why is the icon for LO Math missing from the logo?
I get that it's a niche program, but it's pretty cool. When I was teaching math overseas several years ago, only LibreOffice was able to write the equations I needed for tests. You folks made it easy and it looked professional, too.

Was talking about Gaza today with a friend, and being just after Christmas, I remembered this church & refugees within were being targeted. Not this Christmas, but Christmas a year ago.
Targeting civilian infrastructure is a war crime.
Targeting Christians shows this isn't about Islamic extremists but is about exterminating the native population. If only there were a word for that. . . .
Where is the talk about religious rights and freedom from Washington?

Republicans did the same thing at the federal level* and banned research on gun violence back in 1996.
When the facts oppose Republicans, they simply hide the facts.

Have you ever read Catch-22?
Klinger was their version of Yossarian from Catch-22. He complained that he was mentally unfit to fight because he was deathly afraid, but the psychiatrists said that his fear proved he was sane. So, the only people who were insane enough to be taken off the front lines were the ones who didn't complain and willingly went to fight. If you tried to not fight, that meant you were sane and had to fight.

Fwiw, I was a kid when I first watched M*A*S*H, & never thought transvestism was a sign of mental illness. But, there were other shows (comedies, IIRC) that used drag.
The current trans panic is not merely a conservative thing. It's full-blown fascism. Compare it to Umberto Eco's 14 Characteristics and see how many you check off.

I haven't read her smoke and mirrors ruling, but, even if Smith is removed, the charges could, I think, just be given to a regular federal prosecutor.
