Actually most of every task and tools every user need are on Linux. Except the Adobe programs (you can replace by DaVinci Resolve, GIMP and others anyway, but I know there is people who works on this over a decade and earn their money this way) and games with anti-cheats working on Windows Kernel (wich is insecure af), like Valorant, Fortnite.
If you think most of people can't use Linux, you have not tried it

Signal flatpak doesn't support Wayland (and it's not verified on Flathub, so it's insecure on Linux anyway. This is just one of a lot of reasons.

I don't want some apps to see my home IP address, I want to keep my profiles isolated, but not using an profile over VPN, just don't want to share my home IP address, something like Wi-Fi blacklist setting under Network permission

I think Network permission could be more granular, like permitting just Mobile Data or Just Wi-Fi, or even just when using VPN.
It Might get easier to implement after Android 16. Seems like Android 16 has a feature coming that will make it so an app can get Network permissions, but will block access to local address spaces so the app can't see local devices.

When buying Google Pixel you're telling them what you want from them, good and secure hardware that other companies don't offer.

It's insecure and not PRIVATE for a lot of reasons, some of them:
- Leaves unlocked bootloader
- More attack surface by adding bunch of system-app to AOSP
- No basic privacy features like "Contact Scopes", "Storage Scopes" and network Permission to deny network access for apps
