American patriots support American lawful policy. That is: Policies that are in line with the constitution and American laws the way they are, not the way 47 wants them to be. You sound like a 47 patriot. My neighbor took down his American flag to put up a 47 flag. He displays where his patriotism is. What flag do you fly Bret? Old Glory is in front of my house. I fought in two wars for it. 47 had bone spurs. Used to be that the GOP didn't respect draft dodgers.

Didn't write, "my way." It is the American, according to the constitution way. You can be an American patriot or a Trump patriot but is is looking like, you can't be both. They are conflicting.

What other interpretation could there possibly be? It says if you are born here and not to a diplomat you are a citizen. I would take a drug induced imagination to spin that into something else.

And those orders have to be constitutionally adherent and congress long long ago, made a common sense rule and let judges decide. No oversite in the judiciary and depending on our congress to act, a congress who struggles to even elect a leader, That would give 47 the dictative power you so desperately crave. The Constitution does not have a provision that permits the use of executive orders. That power was enabled by congress.
Orders based on presidential powers not authorized by Congress are more likely to raise separation-of-powers concerns. In these cases, courts must determine whether the president has exercised legislative power belonging only to Congress.
