Recently got new running shoes and threw out my old ones. Only realised today that I’d forgotten the arch supports were stil inside and I’d thrown them out too.

They’re having a terrible time. Haven’t paid the staff for months, players leaving. Their first game is next weekend away at Leicester, but the players have been told to make their own way to the stadium. Plus the stand on the right of the pic is going to be closed for the foreseeable future.

I know the feeling well unfortunately, my dad is 89, deaf as a post, unsteady in his feet and increasingly frail ☹️
