yeah and I just feel like it's stunting our potential on making communities. I've just seen pedi implode so many times and it's always just not separating groups of people. The past "map" communities I've been in have been closer to cutiegarden and I relate to those people. I never encountered people with "biasto" fantasies before, but I do think it's cute and fun to hear people express that.
I don't want you guys to do anything you don't want to do, but gvent and simp are just what I am used to community wise and most people on pedi don't like such things.

We did on rape.pet and it was just past each other. I just think people can't fathom me thinking that I find non-nude and even nude pretty morally neutral and I don't really consider 14 and up "children" so I'm just never having much of a moral dilemma about anything while people feel like they are on the verge of hell fire.
I don't want people to *force* themselves to believe X or Y on my account. I just want people who want to be on my instances to be there and everyone else just do what they want to do.

I just want to hang out with friendly people and a group of people who are always talking about me and others when I check up on them aren't friendly. I've been really kind and nice to you guys. I just wish rather than complaining about this or that, that "old guard true pedi" would just make instances to show everyone "what pedi is supposed to be like". I mean what is "pedi history". I've been in map spaces for well over a decade and it wasn't until what is called NNIA groomed my future girlfriend into posting map flags on twitter to commit social suicide that I knew what a "map" was. Lolicons and maps have been in various spaces since the beginning of the internet and that group of tumblr refugees getting a video from ShoeOnHead was really the "beginning". Those tumblr refugees on twitter with "NOMAP" and alienating people who went on to make NNIA "started pedi history".
People fighting with 15 year old "ironic lolicons" and telling them they were pedophiles started "pro-c" pedi. They went on to make youjo. During this time, there are "maps" all over the internet in little pockets. There was a sizable group of maps that dwarf the population on "pedi" in all sorts of spaces.
"Pedi" was a very small group of people and they don't have a monopoly over being "a map". I don't get why they are so focused on being snide and condescending to people because they started posting map flags 2 year earlier than someone else.

Just the case of it "missing those factors" was a spycam case where a coach put a hidden camera in a locker room and they argued he didn't produce because the girls weren't acting sexually. In this case I would intuitively think this is child porn, but only a couple factors were missing. A case in 2008 was a dad who stripped his daughter and photographed her genitalia. This is also something I would think is obviously child porn, but they argued not all the criteria were met. I think if we were hosted in the US no provider would want to take a chance without a huge legal team, but I think the response would be way different if "sexual acts" were posted.

It's one of those things I don't think you would *want* to be caught with and I know if you were caught with 50gb Candy Dolls + 1 gb of CSAM then you were caught with 51gb of CSAM. I think it's fair to treat it and lolicon as potentially illegal to have on your person as an individual, but after looking for a year I just haven't found any evidence that most things are "illegal" in of itself.

There really isn't any evidence Candy Dolls is "illegal" under US federal laws. The Dost test is an attempt to define a ""lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area". The original case involved nudity and most cases I can find where people made the legal argument "X isn't legally child porn" were spy cams in locker rooms/bathrooms and stripping children in their sleep then taking a picture of their genitalia. Kind of something most people would intuitively think is child porn.

I haven't had an argument with NNIA people for a year and a half despite being seen as the epitome of "pro-c" for some reason. It's because we just defedded each other and moved on. Apparently bc he is some super genius that can sense weird bullshit from a mile away. It's really amazing how people criticize him for being "exclusionist" when he is arguably more inclusive than other instances. If it's not "X caption" or "Y child model" it's complaining about something else.
The idea Zeke and I are "best friends" is kind of silly too. I've known people *years* longer than I have known Zeke and we definitely argue about things. We are just diplomatic and don't do it in front of everyone. I greatly value his contributions, but I acknowledge Fuyu's, Leafus's, Uwawaawawa's (apparently that's Chocco I found out).
It's honestly just amazing to see such a huge conversation about Zeke and I when both eepy and baise are *much* different instances than cunnyfu.cc. If he silenced media from Eepy or Baise I would totally get that.
It's just annoying I have to figure out federation tricks to prevent people from seeing stuff they don't like because users refuse to block stuff they don't want to see. It's annoying how people keep making the smallest corner of fedi even more fragmented instead of just moving on.

And I think also, their protocol is similar to blusky where it's not an "instance with actors (i.e. users)", but a user that is independent of their "instances' (really like frontends it seems like, but they are also on specific "relays"). So they aren't using "activitypub". From their PoV, they have normal names and we have weird names. They are using "nostr" which is a separate protocol and they use a "bridge" to see our posts and interact. This bridge converts their protocol into something activitypub (i.e. mastodon, pleroma, misskey, etc." can understand. It's long bc they want to generate a unique key for each AP instance and user.

It's one of those things, I completely sympathize for people upon seeing there isn't much evidence to suggest sex between minors and adults isn't inherently harmful. In fact, it could even subjectively a positive experience for many upon reflection years later. It feels like the rug has been pulled from underneath your feet and your tenuous grasp on sanity has been shattered. The best we can do is provide reassurance that this won't change societal norms overnight and that there are alternatives to taking your life.
