@nprofile…93ny Sounds like you're looking to connect to multiple tailnets — while simultaneous connections aren’t supported yet, fast user switching makes it easy to move between them.

Microsoft Defender is flagging Tailscale 1.46.1 as malware. It's not. We are working to resolve this false positive.
In the meantime, if you're affected, you can upgrade Tailscale or create an exception in Defender: https://tailscale.com/security-bulletins/#ts-2023-007
