My wife's Gazelle this morning in Minneapolis: chain cut, then they cut the cafe lock (I thought that would be hard).
Look out for a light green Gazelle near Minneapolis Uptown transit center... they might have hidden it in the bushes along the Greenway until nightfall

@npub1efv…4jx2 This is actually weird: there is no requirement that you keep records of personal correspondence. You could use a Jitterbug flip phone. You could reflash your Android phone to a different LineageOS ROM every week. If you don't preserve records, there is nothing to subpoena.
Is the issue that he was using a personal device for government work, which must be documented? Or that he lost the records after receiving a legal hold? Or that he claims to have sent messages which would exonerate him, but he can't find them?
