I tried it and my team burned $25 instantly. In the end it just uses API's (+ a markup I assume). Ideally I find something as subsidized as the Claude Code sub.

Afaik it just gained enough word-of-mouth traction to go 'viral'. And the usability was good enough for people to keep using it.
Nostr gained marketing traction a few times with Jack posting about it and some news coverage, but it lacked a viral referral co-efficient. I assume because the experience was too bad for people to recommend it to others.

Asked my Openclaw manager Drake to get his team onto a better suited model. He chose a few and setup a PayPerQ account, requested the invoice, changed his settings and rebooted. I only saw the LN invoice he send me a hour later and now he can't initiate aymore 😆

I also set up a bunch of openclaws on my personal laptop. Asked claude code in VScode how to do it safely and it just setup everything in a docker container. I just had to copy oaste some sudo commands. Took <10 mins
