Yesterday I went back to the local repair cafe armed with my broken Densha de Go Shinkansen controller and the necessary surface-mount resistors. Took us an hour to diagnose and solder, but we replaced all the dodgy resistors with new ones.

I'm on 200mg (2x100mg capsules) - was offered to start on 100 and ramp up but eh, I'd rather cut down if necessary. So far no negative effects. It's only been a month, so early days. I've now had a full pack of progesterone the "recommended" route, and am currently trying boofing my next pack. So far, I've not really noticed much difference? Boobs don't appear to be growing, I don't feel any sleepier or hornier. But I am remembering my dreams more and they sure do feel clearer.
Like, last night I dreamt I was back in my flat in Milan. That was over 20 years ago. But it looked exactly as I remembered it, as if I'd only seen it the other day. Weird!

I'm no expert but T-blockers aren't required. Just E on its own will decrease your T levels naturally, and you'll probably retain a fair bit of your libido like that. It's up to you, really. My clinic started me on E only for 6 months, then added T-blockers, then added Prog after another 6 months. I don't miss T at all really. You'll get what you want with E alone, I think. There are a variety of T-blockers with different effects. I think the US mostly uses spiro, which is bad?

Progesterone! You'll probably only get that prescribed after a year or so though. Your libido will be fine until you start T-blockers, then it'll vanish pretty quickly. E-horny is different from T-horny, it'll take some getting used to!
