Time for a check-in race: a 10K to gauge where I stand after 6 weeks into the 18 weeks training cycle for the marathon on June 8th.

My running plan for the year is set!

Primary event: Light at the end of the tunnel marathon on June 8th with a check-in 10k race on March 23rd.

Secondary event: Pig tails flatass 50K on December 13th with a check-in marathon race on October 12th.

Now it's time to train.
