The shortage of nurses, doctors & care workers in UK was highlighted in the late '80s early 90's when I worked in health and social care -the demographic gap , yet none in senior health and Care management or the DoH did anything much -there was time to create a long term strategy which would have been a mix of people from overseas and young people from UK with better pay and conditions 😞🏴💙
