Completed another cycle of 5/3/1! Been making consistent progress on all lifts since starting in December. Accessory work has been kept to a minimum in order to leave room to add in more volume once I feel I am stagnating in the main lifts. Can't wait to get some heavier weights in my hands and on my back again!
