I asked just about every security experts I spoke with in Vegas last week about their their biggest agentic AI fear, and the top answer was autonomous attacks against critical infrastructure.
OpenAI's Michael Dalton, during a Black Hat briefing on the Hugging Face attack, said we should expect these types of agentic swarms "in the near future," and now with the suspected Chinese attack on Taiwan government agencies, it appears the near future is now.
