As this difficult year comes to an end and a new one begins, we in Gaza face the days ahead with nothing but hope and prayer.
Surrounded by the impact of war and siege, daily life has become a struggle for the most basic needs,food, warmth, and safety.
I am a mother of eight children, hoping the new year will begin with less fear, more stability, and a chance to rebuild what war has taken from us.
