Sydney is completely unaffordable. Doctors are priced out. You literally have to be a real estate agent, a drug dealer to a real estate agent, or a banker to be able to afford living anywhere near the city nowadays.

Nevermind that it now takes 26 years for a school-leaver to save up for a deposit on the average home meaning these people will be in their 90s by the time they pay off their hooom; the Boomers must be kept dumb and happy at all costs!
