@nprofile…8snd And the trades are working really hard to make it easier and faster to get through the coursework part of apprenticeships. At least the electricians are, because data centers need electricians. If I had a kid, I'd be encouraging them to think long and hard about the trades over a 4-year degree for a job companies would rather pay AI to do.

@nprofile…dyu0 And that's what you have to do to try and make things work if you're not with the right cup size. It's pretty crazy. I think I dropped at least 3-4 band sizes once I got the right cup size. Hopefully at F you still are able to find fun and not-too-expensive bras. I'm ... not so lucky. *glances down* The girls do not want to be contained. :)

@nprofile…dyu0 Americans bra size perspectives are terribly warped. Most women are wearing the wrong size. Larger bands and smaller cups than we actually need. (I dunno if it's the same other countries.) DD is NOT huge, but the way our society talks about it, you'd think that would be the max. But it's so not!

@nprofile…e4ry All kids need attention. I felt so neglected in sixth grade. I tested out of English and was in the math group where we taught ourselves. I was hungry for someone to treat me like a kid, not someone who had to be self-sufficient because they couldn’t afford to give me attention.

@nprofile…6ljh Yeah. And for everybody, you have to find your own line. I used to run a Potter fansite. I've since donated my denim Hogwarts jack, because I don't want to be associated with her. But it took a while. There were even times I spent money on HP stuff thinking maybe I shouldn't, but justified it to myself. It "helped" that she has gotten worse and worse to the point it was impossible to ignore. Also <insert nazi bar analogy here>

Basically anything they decry as that is just so they don't have to let Black people have it. (And anybody else, but mostly Black people.)

But it also says women are even more inferior, as evidenced by them often getting told things like “you throw like a girl.” They find something they’re good at, and it gives them a sense of a “but at least I’m good at X and have a place as a man.” But if a woman can beat them? Their carefully-crafted place in the masculine order falls apart. 1/

He can’t run a nonprofit in NY to get extra tax benefits. He lost a defamation suit. He lost the popular vote twice, was impeached twice, and lost the presidency after one term. His backed candidates continue to lose their races, meaning no Red Wave happened.
